HOURS of (Appointment) availability
In-Person at 106 WOODBRIDGE AVE (STOREFRONT) IN HIGHLAND PARK, NJ
APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED for in-person, and usually with at least 4-7 few days' notice (the schedule is packed all of February, March, April, and October)
**These are "Non-Peak Hours":
Monday 11:30AM-4:45 PM starting time (i.e. appointment must start no later than)
Tuesday, Friday 10AM-4 PM start
Wednesday 10AM to 3PM start
Thursday 11:15AM-7:30PM start
Saturday: not available until mid February 2025
Sunday: not available until late February 2025
Online/ Virtual/ Phone Calls
Subject to availability, we will generally take phone calls, do emails, have a Zoom meeting, etc. from about 9AM to 9PM daily during tax season, and more Mon-Fri, 9 to 5ish in the Summer and off-peak.
For efficiency, rapport, and the building of a (proud) local presence, we sometimes require in-person meetings. We have a limited capacity for new clients, so we look for those who are a good fit.
Booking with Us
During busy periods, appointments are mandatory for tax prep and other work that requires more than a few minutes of commitment.

**We require an introductory consultation over phone or Zoom for any potential client. THE SQUARE CALENDAR HAS AN INTRO OPTION. If this option is disabled, we are not currently accepting new clients.**
Note: During the heights of tax season (Jan-April, September, October), we do not offer any intros or accept any new referrals of business.
